Things to Know

Due to ongoing renovations in the building, you may encounter some construction that may be audible from your Sonder from 8AM - 6PM.

This Sonder comes with an HDMI cord so that you can connect your laptop to the TV and log in to your personal streaming accounts, but it does not have cable.

At this Sonder, to access the building’s elevator outside of weekdays from 6am-6pm you’ll have to descend one flight of stairs.

Due to the central location of your Sonder, you may experience some city noise.

House Rules

There are a few simple rules. No smoking, no parties or events, and no pets. To be respectful of our neighbors, please keep noise down after 9pm.

There's plenty to offer within walking distance. Try Barcelona Wine Bar South End for an intimate atmosphere and a delicious Spanish cuisine. For a more casual vibe, grab a burger at Lincoln Tavern. Shop around everything from small boutiques to major chains. Check out Faneuil Hall Marketplace, filled with historic buildings, and a variety of stores and restaurants. Need a break from the concrete jungle? Take a stroll along the tree-lined streets at Boston Common. To explore the rest of the city, grab the T at the Downtown Crossing station just a couple blocks away.
