In the shadows of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, just south of the extravagant Downtown Dubai and Old Town neighborhoods you’ll discover Business Bay. An emerging area in the center of the city. This promising neighborhood is a collection of residential and commercial buildings, including a few upscale hotels like The Oberoi Dubai and The Taj Dubai. The Dubai Mall is one stop away from the Business Bay metro station, or a short 5-minute drive. The contemporary financial district is packed with corporate high-rises and stylish hotels. All guests have the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures guests can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.
The Studio Apartment, Superior Studio Apartment, and Studio Apartment w/ Balcony have a mini-fridge in place of a full-size refrigerator.
Please note the single bedroom (spare room) in applicable apartments are considerably smaller than the others and do not have a window.

Flexible cancellation
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
