Mile End

The Neighborhood

The Mile End is home to some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city. And, thanks to its roots in the Jewish community, it contains the world-famous St. Viateur and Fairmount bagel shops. Try Wilensky's for a light lunch.

There's plenty to offer within walking distance. In a neighborhood known for its world-famous bagels, you're never too far from a bagel shop. Or for a more hearty meal, head to Damas for a creative Syrian delicacy. For shopping, check out Le Centre Eaton de Montréal. After all that dining and shopping, take a stroll through Mount Royal Park. To explore the rest of the city, grab the metro at the Mont Royal station.
