This Sonder is located on the 6th floor.


There is free street parking Monday-Friday outside 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday is free outside 9:00am-6:00pm, Sunday is free outside 1:00pm-6:00pm. Inside those hours, parking is metered at $3.00 an hour.

Paid hourly street parking on main streets runs: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm. Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Sunday 1:00pm and 6:00pm. It costs $3.00 per hour. You can pay with coins, cash, or credit. There is also a Montreal parking app you can download. Please read the street signs carefully!

McGill Parking is located at 3605 Rue de la Montagne. It costs 19$ in daytime, 10$ weekends and is a 5 minute walking distance from your building.

Things to Know

This Sonder comes with an HDMI cord so that you can connect your laptop to the TV and log in to your personal streaming accounts, but it does not have cable.

You'll be staying in an up and coming neighborhood with many vibrant sights and sounds. Due to new development in the building, the balcony cannot be accessed and you will encounter some construction that will be audible from 8AM-5PM in your Sonder.

House Rules

There are a few simple rules. No smoking, no parties or events, and no pets. To be respectful of our neighbors, please keep noise down after 9pm.

Downtown Montreal is the center of Canada's Francophone business community. Bustling with activity, the neighbourhood is full of restaurants, shopping, and is within walking distance of Montreal’s historic old port and Mount Royal. Downtown Montreal is also home to the city’s universities and museums, and you can catch a concert or a hockey match at the Bell Centre.
