There's plenty to offer within walking distance. Head to the Commander's Palace for an upscale Creole fare in an elegant atmosphere. Or try Luke for a French and German cuisine. For shopping, check out the Canal Place. After all the dining and shopping, head to Woldenberg park and enjoy beautiful views of the Mississippi River.
