About this Sonder Space
This airy loft features an eat-in kitchen, private upstairs bedrooms and private balcony. Located in the heart of Little Italy, you are walking distance to charming art galleries, design stores and restaurants.

This Sonder is located on the 2nd floor.
This unit has a dedicated parking space at the Porto Vista Hotel on the corner of Columbia street and W Fir street. Upon entering the unit, you will find a laminated parking pass on the dining table. Please take the parking pass and make it visible on your car dashboard. When you arrive to the valet stand of the hotel parking garage, let staff know you're staying in unit #205 in the next door Building and show them your parking pass. The valet staff will let you know which space is reserved your vehicle and will instruct on where to park. Please ensure to return the laminated parking pass to your Sonder unit upon check out. There is a $50 dlls fee if lost or taken.
There isn't much free parking in Little Italy, but sometimes spots are available. Please make sure to read the signs with parking time limits.
There's plenty paid or metered parking, so be sure to read any and all street and parking signs.
Things to Know
Your Sonder's keys will be found in a lockbox and we'll be sending you detailed access information three days before your stay. If you need any help just give us a call.
This Sonder does not have air conditioning, but we'll provide fans for each of the rooms that you can use during your stay.
This Sonder comes with an HDMI cord so that you can connect your laptop to the TV and log in to your personal streaming accounts, but it does not have cable.
You'll be staying in an up and coming neighbourhood with many vibrant sights and sounds. Due to new development, you may encounter some construction that may be audible from your Sonder.
There are a few simple rules. No smoking, no parties or events, and no pets. To be respectful of our neighbors, please keep noise down after 9pm.
Little Italy was originally an Italian fishing neighborhood. Today, it's full of Italian restaurants and shops, home design stores, and art galleries. Don't miss the weekly farmers market, also known as the Mercato.
