This Sonder is located on the 2nd floor.


Your Sonder has two assigned parking spaces; #7 and #11. Please note that the parking space font is small and marked on the floor of the parking space. You will find several parking spaces in front of the building. Space #7 is located to the right of the palm tree, adjacent to the sidewalk of Utah Street. If you are parking more than one vehicle with us. Park your second vehicle in space #11. You will find a lockbox with Green tape, attached to the gate behind the building. Open the lockbox using this code /LOCKBOX_CODE/. Once you've taken the keys close the lock box. This key will grant you access into the building from the alley way. Space #11 is located in the alley behind the property. The rear of the building is marked with the number 4157, and #11 is the furthest away from the dumpster.

There is free street parking in the area. Please be sure to read street signs.

Things to Know

Your Sonder is located on the 2nd floor with stair access, and no elevator.

Your Sonder's keys will be found in a lockbox and we'll be sending you detailed access information three days before your stay. If you need any help, just give us a call.

House Rules

There are a few simple rules. No smoking, no parties or events, and no pets. To be respectful of our neighbors, please keep noise down after 9pm.
