Downtown San Jose

The Neighborhood

Coined the capital of Silicon Valley, San Jose is an all-embracing cultural and technical hub where java is either coded or consumed. Home to not only charming suburban neighborhoods, this metro area houses some of the largest tech companies in the game. With the headquarters of Google and Apple nearby, it comes as no surprise that San Jose is a global city noted for its affluence and diversity. Take advantage of the 300 sunny days a year and stroll on over to the San Jose Flea Market. Spanning over 120-acres, this market offers all-day family fun, complete with a farmer’s market, carousel rides, and a life-size Monopoly board. Retaining authentic character in this digital age is no small feat, but San Jose strikes the perfect balance in world-class living alongside the world-wide web.

This is a highly walkable area with beautiful views and plenty to offer. Try out Good Karma Artisan Ales and Cafe for craft beer and casual vegan eats, while Taurinus Brazilian Steak House will appease any meat-eater. When craving a little caffeine or even a casual conversation, B2 Coffee is the ideal hip, garage-like hangout serving up premium coffee and delicious pastries. To explore the rest of the city, Santa Clara Train Station is less than a 10 min walk away.
