  • There's no oven or cable. We've provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming.

  • This space is located above a bar and restaurant and is prone to increased noise levels. We've provided white noise machines and ear plugs for your convenience.

  • Fifth Avenue is closed to vehicle access daily from 11am until 3am.

  • Parking is not included. The Spot Hero app is great for securing nearby parking if you need it.

Flexible cancellation

We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
