What is your cancellation policy?

If you made your reservation directly with Sonder, you can cancel by going to My Stays on our website or through our app and selecting "Manage Reservation".

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on Cancel or modify your booking any time and receive credit for the full amount of any cancelled nights. Credit can be used toward future reservations and is valid for one year from the time of cancellation.

For longer stays (up to 90 days) on monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

If you did not book directly through Sonder, please contact the company you booked with for more details on their specific cancellation policy and to initiate any cancellation or amendment. We’re unfortunately unable to deal with any changes to your booking directly.
