How do I cancel my booking?

Cancel my booking - If you made your reservation directly with Sonder, you can cancel by going to the Sonder app or on the My Stays page of our website and selecting "Manage Reservation".

For all reservations made on after March 13, 2020, we will provide Sonder credits for cancellations made any time before arrival. Credits can be used towards future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation.

For all reservations made on prior to March 13, 2020, please contact us for your options.

If you did not book directly through Sonder, please contact the travel company you booked with for more details on their specific cancellation policy and to initiate any cancellation or alteration. We’re unfortunately unable to deal with any changes to your booking directly.
