What if booked through a third party?
If you weren’t asked to complete our online check-in –– or didn’t receive your details, then head to sonder.com/checkin, call +1 (617-300-0956) or text 89783.
While reservations made on Sonder.com are paid in full at the time of booking, some third party bookings won’t be charged until the reservation is complete.
If you booked through a third party or online travel agency and need to cancel your stay, please contact them directly. The host cancellation policy will be upheld.
