Prospect Park sits between the state's Twin Cities, nestled alongside the Mississippi River and the University of Minnesota. Home to Tower Hill Park, this neighborhood features the highest point in Minneapolis and is crowned by the Witch's Hat water tower, an iconic historical landmark. This distinct area, defined by its meandering, hilly streets, merges urban and industrial development with its natural surroundings. Flexible cancellation

We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
