If you’ve booked directly with Sonder or you booked through a third party but paid Sonder directly for your stay, the person that paid for the booking will need to complete the pre-arrival verification process.
If you’ve booked with Airbnb, or paid using a third party that leverages virtual credit card payments, then the person whose name the booking is under will need to complete the pre-arrival verification process.
