“Spacious ”

“The unit is nice overall, and a good value for the price. Unfortunately, there were some problems. We had a major issue with the front door lock resetting the second day of our stay and our code wouldn't work anymore. It took quite a while on the phone with customer service to figure out a work-around since there is no one on-site. The sliding glass door to the porch was off the track and EXTREMELY heavy so it was difficult to open and close. We opted to add the prepaid garage parking under the building, which was nice and clean and secure, but the garage door quit working during our stay which was a major inconvenience. ”

“Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
