“Nice and clean hotel. Great for a single person or couples. Wouldn't recommend for families due to smaller sized rooms.”

“I enjoyed my stay - I did want to point out the tripping hazard heading into the front doorway - the small step while it has a sticker on it to point it out - is dangerous and poorly lit at night. I tripped and was shaken up and a bit bruised. I think this is something that should be fixed.”

“Great hotel and staff was amazing! Noise on a Saturday night on the second story at street level almost was unbearable(outdoor noise being people and loud cars)”

“The rooms looked bigger on the pictures on the website. Me and my wife room was definitely too small. Not enough room to move around or unpack. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Wifi service was terrible. No microwave, refrigerator or iron in the room. The location was great.”

“First and foremost the staff was absolutely SPECTACULAR. So friendly and knowledgable and accommodating. The property itself is perfectly fine, just a bit lack luster for the price. I booked a "Superior Queen" room and was given a tiny room with a full size bed. The AC was very cold! Great location! And, once again, amazing staff!”

“This is a lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff and great location. Rooms are small but we really just sleep there when we're in Chicago.”

“The room was subpar, looks nothing like the photos. TV did not work at all. No maintenance on sight to fix it. Bathroom shower was disgusting. Dirt marks all over the tub. ”

“Room was immaculately clean. Stayed overnight with a friend after a concert and this place was perfect!. The only thing that I didn't like was having to memorize a code to get into my room and also having to show my ID to an AI program to check in. Those were a pain in the pants.”

“Staff was amazing; I liked the passcode versus a key - for what you get in the room and amenities... I thought it could be a better deal versus what I paid...”
