Spacious beach gem Perfect for groups and couples | Condo in Mid Beach, Miami

Marla's apartments were perfect for us to be together to celebrate a special anniversary.Every room was tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, very close to beach (3 min ) walk, fully equipped kitchen . Marla was responsive to our needs. Very easy to uber down to South Beach area . Thank you Marla

Lots of space, clean and very, very convenient to the beach. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Very, very nice property.

The place is nice, clean and have everything you need for a family vacation. It’s right across from the beach, and a walking distance to several restaurants and market. The host is very gracious and helpful. She checked up on us couple times to make sure we have what we need. Overall I would love to stay here again.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I really enjoyed how there were 2 units that connected to each other as it gave my family and I plenty of space but also, it was very easy to come together too. Also the location was great! Just one block from the beach. Marla was always very responsive and made sure to give clear instructions on check in and check out. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend!

My family stayed at Stay and Play for four days and we had an incredible time! The units are fully equipped with everything we need—cooking essentials, beach umbrellas, toys, and chairs, and were spacious for our entire group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens allowed us to make full meals. The best part about the condo is its location. You're touching the ocean five minutes after stepping out of the building. The two-year-old who was traveling with us enjoyed this a lot. In the evening, we just walked to the nearby restaurants for dinner. We also hopped on the free tram the next block over to take us to downtown Miami Beach. All in all, a great time at Stay and Play! We are sure to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! It was perfect for our group of friends with young children. The location couldn't be better- it's directly across the street from the boardwalk and public beach access. The condo is clean and extremely well stocked, and we had lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We hope to stay there again!

You can be in the heart of South Beach for less than a 2 mile walk on the lovely beach-side walking path, a short Uber, or ride on the free trolley. The unit is exactly as described with nice amenities like high-end towels and bedding and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The hostess responds quickly to any question. Bedrooms are large and a nice distance from each other. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and only a block from the beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed if you select this property for your Miami visit!

Very clean, nice location, and comfortable apartment

The property was a typical apartment. Clean, amenities were nice, everything worked (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, etc.), really a great place. Parking was available via a parking app although there was one time where we struggled to be able to park right along or in front of the property. The location was tremendous. 200 ft. to the beach and the paved walk/bike trail. A few blocks from a lot of great places to eat. Communication with the property manager was good as well. My wife and I stayed there with our 4 adult children and daughter-in-law and it was plenty of space. We even cooked Thanksgiving Dinner after we got back from the Everglades on Thanksgiving Day!
