Hotel Henri NY  |  Hotel in Midtown South

The hotel is really well located and the common areas are nice. Staff is generally friendly but we did have issues with our room cleanliness. Upon arrival, our bed sheets were very dirty. We alerted the front desk and they brought us replacement bedding but WE had to change our bed. Not great service! The bathroom was also not super clean. All rooms were booked so we couldn’t move rooms. The manager claimed this was a housekeeping issue and not a hotel issue and did nothing to take responsibility for these issues. Too bad because otherwise the hotel is nice.

The hotel is in a great location but really has fallen into disrepair. My room had a bad smell and the bathroom was dirty - marks on the shower floor and a bug in the sink. The room was not on the street side, but was still incredibly noisy. Every time the people in the room next to mine open and closed their door it sounded like they were entering my room. Unfortunately this happened late into the night and again early in the morning.

Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. I was afraid from the photos that the room would feel dark and claustrophobic, but we were given a street facing room on the 17th floor with plenty of natural light.

The hotel staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful and the room was very clean. All my needs are met.

If you’re looking for decent quarters which beat a pod- the value for money is excellent for NYC. Full washroom, a little desk and a tv with a coffee maker. Good internet. No bells and whistles but they are really trying- when I had issues the staff were serious about correct them and more.

This hotel room was dark, with bad lighting and the TV didn't work. The staff provided a $30 credit off my bill. I didn't find the hotel to be particularly comfortable, or impressive, overall. Won't be staying again....

Everything was amazing except for the digital key -- instead of getting a physical key or a key card, you get a link on your phone that you can use to unlock your door, but if there are internet issues, then you won't be able to unlock your door! I got in at almost 11pm and went to get a quick bite to eat before going to bed after I arrived, and when I came back the digital key was malfunctioning and I couldn't get into my door, and several other guests were having the same issue. Luckily the staff were very responsive and were helping people get into their rooms, and my digital key started working again after about 10 or 15 minutes. But I still think it would just be better to have physical key cards so this wouldn't happen.

Got this room at the last minute, had good reviews, thought I’d give it a try. It was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.
