We really enjoyed our stay at The William Hotel. We had a great room that was modern and clean. The TV was glitchy but the staff were super helpful in resolving the issue. Loved the location because it is convenient for walking while also having 3 great parking options within steps of the hotel.

Great hotel near grand central. Spacious room and bathroom. The employees were very helpful with everything.

I booked this hotel last minute when another room I had booked at a different hotel was canceled without my knowing. It’s a nice location along 39th near Park Ave. The room itself was huge- bigger than most NYC apartments! 😅 I was on the 2nd floor so it was a bit loud with street noise but otherwise, a nice stay.

Overall it was a nice hotel right in the heart of midtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that there were free washers and dryers on the premises was fantastic. Just one note of caution, keep in mind this hotel does NOT have 24/7 front desk service. So if you expect to arrive late in the evening, make sure you have a working cell phone to receive the texted code to get in. For some reason, I was locked out of my phone while overseas, therefore I couldn't receive the code. Knowing that I would then be locked out of my room in the middle of night , I had to make other arrangements for the first night. But as I said, I have no complaints about the night I did stay.

Excellent find - good size room small kitchen very well equipped. Good location would stay again. Would be good if there could be a safe put in the room

Clean and modern in a very old building. Fully equipped kitchenette. Beautiful bathroom with rain shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was genuinely amazing. It was quiet at night, the staff were so kind and friendly and welcoming, and super helpful whenever I had a question. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfy and the pillows were just the right firmness. They even offered tide pods to use the washing machines! Don't wait until your last night to check out the pub in the basement either, definitely worth a visit. It's also super convienient for Grand Central Station. It's one of those hotels you want to tell everyone about because it's so good, but at the same time you want to keep it secret for yourself.
