“The apartment was very spacious. Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, even the pull out couch. Front desk was accommodating with holding out bags for the day of our departure. There were candy wrappers found in the pull out couch, but it was easy enough for me to throw those away. Location was key to walking to attractions in the Fidi area. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great stay, excellent amenities, & spacious room especially with a toddler. Being steps away from a subway station made it super convenient. Water taxi & 9/11 memorial just a few blocks away. Excellent location and overall stay, I will definitely be returning! For reference, I used their bag check, lounge, laundry, and rooftop.”

“Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Great shower and useful kitchen, wish we had a larger fridge though, but the small one was fine. The sofa bed was also fine to sleep on, but it was a quite squeaky when moving around. Overall we’re quite happy with our stay at 17 John. The reception was always helpful if we needed anything. Thank you.”

“We experienced a 5-star stay! We adored the mood and views from the apartment. It’s walking distance from many shops and restaurants.
We loved hanging out in the guest lounge as well. It was thoughtfully curated for relaxation!
Any requests we had from front desk were quickly attended to by the great staff!
We will be back!”
