“Pleasant stay while visiting the city to see a few Broadway productions nearby. For a boutique hotel, it offers its own unique charm with comfortably sized rooms in an excellent location, and at a very affordable cost. That being said, I noticed a few things in my room that seemed worn down. The staff were the highlight of my stay; everyone was extremely professional and helpful.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The William Hotel. We had a great room that was modern and clean. The TV was glitchy but the staff were super helpful in resolving the issue. Loved the location because it is convenient for walking while also having 3 great parking options within steps of the hotel.”

“The staff were Amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The property wasn’t terrible, it was going for a hip vibe but it was just not at all worth the price we paid, even for New York! The room was clean and relatively quiet given that the Knicks had won Game 3. We weren’t thrilled with Roku and the inability to watch real news channels or at least we couldn’t find them ( MSNow. CNN). Was great to have a fridge in the room. Probably a more ideal hotel for younger people, not older couples/families. Great staff!”

“I booked this hotel last minute when another room I had booked at a different hotel was canceled without my knowing. It’s a nice location along 39th near Park Ave. The room itself was huge- bigger than most NYC apartments! 😅 I was on the 2nd floor so it was a bit loud with street noise but otherwise, a nice stay.”
