Good costumer support but tricky Check in in the beginning specials with no check in desk
There was no staff member available in person to check me in at the hotel, which made the arrival process frustrating. After checkout, i still had a full day in Philadelphia as my flight was in the evening but there was no luggage storage available, so I had nowhere to leave my bags. In addition, my damage waiver deposit was not returned. They said it is non refundable even though nothing was damaged. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
They only send check-in details to US phones, so if travelling from outside US you need to make sure they email you well ahead
