“There was no staff member available in person to check me in at the hotel, which made the arrival process frustrating. After checkout, i still had a full day in Philadelphia as my flight was in the evening but there was no luggage storage available, so I had nowhere to leave my bags. In addition, my damage waiver deposit was not returned. They said it is non refundable even though nothing was damaged. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.”

“Amazing amazing. 10s accross the board! Such a nice, clean, and modern space. Fully equipped unit. Nicely located in the city. The building was clean and automated. The view from the room and rooftop was phenomenal. Will definitely stay here again!”
