If you have an upcoming stay but don’t see it in your Sonder app, follow these steps:
- Log out:
Select the ‘Profile’ tab (the rightmost tab on the bottom toolbar) and then ‘Logout.’ Select the ‘Stays’ tab to access the login page. - Look up your new reservation:
On the login page, select ‘Find your reservation.’ Enter your confirmation code, check-in date, and full name. Select ‘Continue.’ - Verify your phone number, if prompted:
You may receive a verification code via SMS to the phone number connected to your booking. Enter the verification code into the Sonder app. - Review your upcoming booking:
Your upcoming booking will show under ‘Stays.’

Why don’t I see my previous bookings in the Sonder app?
If you selected ‘Find your reservation’ for your upcoming stay, you will only be able to see that specific stay. To view previous bookings, follow these steps:
- Select the green ‘Don’t see what you’re looking for?’ banner at the top of the page.
- Select ‘Continue’ on the pop-up.
- Log in to the appropriate account:
- Sign in with your Marriott Bonvoy account to view all the linked reservations.
- Sign in with your Sonder account to view all the linked reservations.
