To view your reservation and access instructions, you’ll need to complete four‑factor authentication (4FA) using your confirmation code.

Finding Your Confirmation Code

If you booked directly through Marriott:

• Email:
  
  
• Check the booking confirmation email from Marriott Bonvoy Reservations.
  
  
• Your confirmation code is listed there.
  
  
• Bonvoy App or Website:
  
  
• Log in to your Bonvoy account.
  
  
• Go to Trips to see your confirmation code listed on your trip.
  
  

If you booked through a third‑party or partner site:

• Email: Look for the booking confirmation email from the site.
  
  
• Website/App: Log in to your account and view your reservation details and confirmation code.
  

Completing 4FA

Once you have your confirmation code:

1. Go to sonder.com/prearrival.
   
   
2. Follow the on‑screen prompts to complete 4FA.
   
   
3. After completing 4FA, you’ll unlock your reservation details and access instructions.
