“We came to stay here for the lollapalooza festival and it was super close to a lot of food options and only 30 minutes away from the festival grounds. The view of the lake was amazing. We even got to check in a bit early. Only down fall was we didn’t have wifi for the first half of our stay and they didn’t really give us updates about that or even let us know that it was down when we checked in. Staff were helpful otherwise and I would stay here again for sure.”

“WIFI did not work at all, and since we were so high up, on the 31st floor, I could barely get cell signal either… when I called to ask, they just said they were working on trying to get it back up, but it seems to be on par from some other reviews as well about the buildings transitioning. Still a nice place. Needs some updating, but overall was fine”
