How do I cancel, shorten, or extend my stay?

If you booked directly with Sonder via Sonder.com or our Reservations team:

  • You can easily cancel, shorten, or extend your stay through the Sonder app or on the My Stays page of our website by selecting “Manage Reservation” (select Edit reservation” and then “Change dates” to extend or shorten your stay). 
  • Please note that any changes to your stay are subject to the cancellation policy you selected at the time of booking.

If you booked with one of our partners like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Hopper Homes, or Plum Guide:

  • To cancel, shorten, or extend your stay log in to your booking platform or app directly.
  • Please note that any changes to your stay are subject to the cancellation policy you selected at the time of booking.
  • For future reservations, we encourage you to book directly with us at Sonder.com to ensure that our team can assist with all aspects of your experience.
