If you booked directly with Sonder or purchased an additional service for your Sonder stay, such as breakfast, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘Your updated payment summary,’ which includes your folio as an attachment. You can also find your most up-to-date folio in the Sonder app by following these steps:
- Log in to your Sonder app:

Select the Stays tab and select your upcoming stay. - Download your folio:
Scroll down to the ‘The important stuff’ section, select ‘Booking details,’ and then ‘Download receipt.’ The folio will open in your internet browser. View and download your folio from here.
If you booked a Sonder with Marriott, please reach out to our 24/7 support team for a copy of your folio.
If you booked a Sonder with one of our other partners like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or VRBO, you’ll need to log in to the booking platform’s app or website to view and download your folio.
