How do I request an early check-in or a late checkout?

Our check-in time is 4 p.m. and our checkout time is 11 a.m. 

Depending on availability, you can change your check-in or checkout time through the Sonder app or on the My Stays page of our website. Click “Edit” in the Arrival + departure section in the “Overview” tab. You’ll see any available times there.

If there aren’t any open time slots, you can always check the app again later – sometimes our housekeeping schedule changes. 

You can also contact us if you have a special circumstance. We'll do our best to accommodate.
