How do I update my email address?

Want to change the email address connected to your Sonder account? Don't have access to an old email address? No worries! Follow the steps below to update your email on Sonder.com or in the Sonder App.

 

How to update your email address on the Sonder App: 

1. Navigate to the Sonder App:
   
   If you don't have the Sonder App, you can download it here, or follow the steps below to update your email on Sonder.com.
   
   
2. Log in:
   
   Once you open the App, you should automatically be on the Login page. From here, simply select the 'Log in' button.
   
   Use your current credentials to log into your Sonder account.

3. Navigate to the Profile tab:
   
   The Profile tab is the rightmost tab on the bottom toolbar.
   
   
4. Update your email address:
   
   Tap 'Settings.'
   
   Tap your existing email address.
   
   Type your new email address.
   
   
5. Verify your new email address:
   
   Navigate to your old email address inbox to locate the verification email and confirm the new email address.
   
   On your app, tap the 'back' arrow in the top-left corner to view your updated email address. 

 

How to update your email address on Sonder.com:

1. Navigate to our Website:
   
   Open your preferred browser and go to www.sonder.com.
   
   

2. Log in:
   
   Once you're on the homepage, locate and click on the 'Log in' button in the upper right corner of the page. 
   
   Use your current credentials to log into your Sonder account.
   
   

3. Navigate to the Profile tab:
   
   Click the name (First Name, Last Initial) in the top-left corner of the page.
   
   From the dropdown, click 'Edit profile.'
   
   
4. Update your email address:
   
   On the 'Edit Account' page, delete your current email address. 
   
   Type your new email address. 
   
   Type your current password.

5. Tap ‘Save Updated Account.’
